Annotation

Norko uses some of Weil’s writing on justice as a brief example of the kind of resources that can be found for what he sees as the necessary engagement with “the rich interdisciplinary of body of literature on compassion” in order to construct a “moral foundation for forensic work” justifying the presence of forensic psychiatry in the law court.
